I am Bulwark, a 20 year old chap from the country of Denmark.
First, I would like to point out that I am not christian and I would appreciate if people don't try to convert me, I am asatru, that means I follow the old viking beliefs.
I have been "aware" for quite some time now, about 5 years or so, I have a hard time pinpointing exactly when it all became clear to me... anyway.
I'm a mix-therian, Tundra Wolf and Grizzly Bear, the reason I associate with these two animals (except for the whole inner spiritual feeling of wholeness) is of course part mental, part physical, as I believe your type also can affect certain physical traits... the wolf is my mind and the bear is my body, simple as that.
I am a generally cheerful fella, though I can easily go sour, its not something I'm proud of, as it affects my everyday life alot, I tend to snap at small nuisances and I'm considering treatment, but enough about my "darker side"
As I said I'm rather jolly, I love to joke and sometimes it might not be in the most pleasant language, but since the rules are pretty strict on this matter I promise I will do my best not to slur something inappropriate out, even if just in good fun.
I just want to add that this is not my first encounter with online therian communities, I have been a member of other sides before, but they all died at some point, so for the last year or so I haven't had any like-minded to talk to really, which I can feel actually been taking its toll on me, I have a need to talk with fellow therians.
My interests are, maybe not the most uncommon but its what keeps me happy, I'm a huge fan of games, be it console or computer, I do spend a lot of time playing, mainly to socialize with friends who live far away, if we can't meet in person, then atleast a little cyber figure can do it for us.
I'm into tattoos and/or piercings, I don't have a lot myself yet, but I do have a tattoo of 3 vikings runes on my forearm, as a tribute to my viking heritage.
I'm also a metalhead, no, I'm not a devil-worshiper or other kind of satanist, I just love the raw power of the metal and to bang my head all night long, maybe not every night, but when I'm at concerts then hell yea!
My passion for metal has also made me interested in playing it myself, so I'm actually a death metal vocalist in a small, unknown band, its all for the fun of it, even though I would love to play a concert one day.
Of course I do spend my time outside aswell, when the weather is nice that is, of course "nice weather" is all about the eyes that see... but personally I love winter, the fact its dark so much of the time and the absolutely mind-soothing sound of wading through the snow... mmh... out there I tend to either
1: have small mock fights with friends just for fun, we tend to fight it out now and then, just to see who's the toughest, usually I come out on top, but I have been taken down a few times, its a rare sight though.
2: I used to play American Football, National League actually, but after I moved, it has become hard for me to keep it up, as the nearest club is far away, so I just play a bit with friends, so as you can probably tell right now, I'm a very physical person.
3: Nerf gun wars... enough said.
I apologize for this already pretty long introduction, but I figure that if I have to write one, I better be thorough.
I live together with my girlfriend who I've been with for almost 4 years now, I didn't take me long to open up to her and explain the "situation" but she took it like and champ and theres no problems with it at all, its nice that the person closest to you understands and accepts you.
Education... lets just say that I have never been happy with school, I never felt I learned anything of use there... I did enjoy a few subject though, like Danish, English, P.E., History and Biology, but other subjects like Math or Chemistry... ugh... this of course has left me in the situation that I don't have much of an education, of course we have another system than, for example USA, I have graduated from what would be the equivalent of High School, I guess, and maybe a bit more... I then tried my luck as very specific educations, which I actually got through more or less, learning everything needed, but when I was done I lost interest... thats how it went when I decided I wanted to be an Industrial Butcher, I went to... what the hell would you call it... uhm... lets just call it "food school"... I learned everything about cutting, cooking, hygiene, management and so on and so forth, but when I was done, my interest was gone.
But them, I got lucky... You see, I work at this place called Horrornights, its sort of a Haunted House attraction that runs every weekend of October, in celebration of Halloween (which unfortunately, isn't that big of a thing here) anyway, me and a few others from this place were then contacted by a few people who were working on a full length horror movie, which was being filmed here in Denmark, they asked us to play the roles of the evil guys in it, and that was an offer I simply could not refuse, so after filming the movie, I have got a great interest in doing more acting, so to be fair, if you ask me what I work with, I can actually say I'm an actor, although maybe not the best, but hey, practice makes master.
I guess I better stop before this gets out of hand, I hope to talk to alot you folks on here.
